We came in all 5 of us as walk-ins and Frank, Daisy, Lina and Tina were so nice. They did a great job too! We all got pedicures. My mom can be high maintenance but they were very kind and accommodating. Don't worry we tipped. It may not be the fanciest decorations but they massage chairs and sanitized between clients. They lined the sinks for your feet and wore gloves. We've been here at least 3 or 4 times a year and we really like it here! read more

I got a polish change and nails trimmed down. Upon checking out they charged me for a fill. I don't need a fill. She swore up and down that she put the acrylic powder on my nails and she 100% didn't! Don't get your eyebrows waxed here. I walked in for an eyebrow wax and they were really quick to get me back. I asked the lady to make my eyebrows as even as she could i didn't mind if she thinned them out. And she literally made my eyebrows almost two completely different shapes. I just paid and left. I was hesitant in doing this review because of a sassy lady that's in there however,I'm sure she knows it and plus I love Tina!!!! Tina is the sweetest and does such a neat job. So this place is usually packed because they have their normal clientele, I do recommend calling to make an appointment. I do like the fact that if you do a walk in and they aren't fully booked they will happily help you, but they do value each customer and will devote their attention to only you. They place is clean and the people overall are very nice what I love most is that if you don't feel like talking they will not strike a conversation with you! it's great for people like me that just want to enjoy the amazing massage chair and watch the Women's World Cup! I'm not the type of person to complain I'm more of a self reserved push over if anything, but the service I witnessed today was disgusting. Trying to correct them once on your nails will get you called "sensitive" and receive nothing but attitude and abrasive behavior towards your nails. They pay no regard to any comment or concern and only communicate to each other. They really know how to make a person feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I went to get a pedicure and a set of acrylics. I liked my pedicure experience. The gal did a good job even went above and beyond before I left the salon. I can't say the same for my acrylics. The gal did an awful job. I have gotten my nails done for years and have always been pleased. I am a simple girl that usually ask for a minimal, clean simple look. This experience was by far the worst. Steps were missed just to rush to the next client. The dust of acrylic was left all on my person without even acknowledging it nor offered something to help clean myself off. My nails are not straight and are uneven. She left oil dripping on my hands. Such an awful experience that I can't bare to step foot in that place again. I was looking for a new nail salon where I can depend on good customer service and not feel like comments have been made of me in a language I can't understand. I have an issue with salons that make people feel like they are entering into a sweat shop environment. Cramming as many clients in and rushing a paid customer to get to the next because god forbid they loose out on a dollar. They have to understand that quality and attention to customer service goes above and beyond and that how to keep satisfied customers years to come. Again I can't stress it enough. Any time beyond that, I've been met with rudeness. True to its name, the only thing in this shop that's fancy is the nails! This salon does great manicures and pedicures with no frills and no nonsense. The shop itself is clean and well kept. The manicurists are well mannered and super efficient. They might not engage in chit chat but, they're serious when it comes to your polish job. They know exactly how many coats of polish it takes to make make the polish job last as long as possible. I've had botched polish jobs where too many coats were applied, which lead to chipping and peeling in a day or two. I've never had this problem at this shop. Second time here. And this time, I have to admit I was expecting better craft. I blamed last time's bad mani-pedi to sub-par technique and old nail polish (sorry I didn't take any pictures from last time). So this time I tried my best to choose the freshest-looking bottle from their shelf. Requested a mani-pedi. Pedi was nicely done, with clean edges and even color application. The manicure, though it's much better than when my last one here, could still use much improvement. It's sad that while her polish application was nice and even, the edges that needed to be cleaned up more and the uneven top coat layer brought the quality down. Oh well. I guess that's all $30 could get me here. If schedule permits, I think I'll go back to my usual place on the southwest area (and of course, pay a little bit more). In the meantime, I'll have to keep coming back here and just wish that it'll get better each time. read more

Well since they knew I was new there, I'm not sure if they do this to anyone else, but they decided to raise the price to $40, because I got designs. I was upset because they didn't tell me that when I asked them for the designs, otherwise I would have kept it simple. The employees there spoke in a different language. Chinese I suppose.
