Wowowow. What a unique and splendid experience it was having the tasting menu and wine pairings for the winter menu. The chef feathers local ingredients for all of his creations, and the sommelier did a splendid job picking out the wines. This restaurant had one of my favorite bread courses ever, and all the dishes were quite adventurous. They combine trout with sweet syrup and somehow it works so well. And their rabbit kidney risotto was among my favorite of their dishes. The venison was cooked rare and to perfection with the sauces it was paired with. I've attacked pictures of my meal here.
