My orders keep getting lost. There is not enough people there working. They cancel my packages constantly like last night. I waited all day for my package to be scanned in and it was scanned late when it was picked up from the post office at 9:11am it took them 7hrs to find my package and scan it in. And then it was the 6-9pm delivery and they cancelled it. They always cancel my deliveries if they are late and I ALWAYS get my delivery 5-10mins before the "deadline" something in that warehouse is wrong. I have a delivery today the one they cancelled coming from 12-2 but last time they cancelled that one too. They have lost 2 of my packages since the apartments started to use them and there is no real way to connect with them. The black guy I'm assuming is the supervisor is RUDE as can be when I had to go pick up a larger package as well. I had to make 4 claims yesterday before they found my package scanned it in for 6-9pm delivery and then cancelled it like they do because they did not even come here last night I watched and asked my neighbors this morning if they saw fetch. Which means to me that they didn't have enough orders coming here so they cancelled my delivery for today. This is what fetch just sent me. And this happens on almost every package I have to file a claim. I went and got a ups box to have my items delivered to which costs me 90$ for 3 months just so I know I will get my packages even though I have to pick them up. The company is way understaffed the workers there when I went to pick up 2 large items 2 different times are slow moving and there were 3 other people looking for there packages as well. That fetch center needs help it needs more people sorting or something because it is not operating like you would expect. I am constantly getting my orders cancelled. The supervisor needs to be replaced with someone who can run a space like that and it needs more employees. I have never had this bad of an experience in my life with deliveries. Have you checked your yelp reviews. They are all 1's. I'm currently looking for a better service to have my items delivered to and sent here because I'm tired of losing and getting everything I hope you get this and can help with this wearhouse because everyone I have spoken with at Southsideflats is having issues. They delivered me someone else's package the other day. read more
