Josie is the Representative I talked to and she was so nice, courteous and Professional and genuinely wanted to know if there was anything Travelers could do to save my business. She cancelled my policies and I had given the wrong date for cancelling so she had to redo everything. She was so sweet and courteous even though it caused her double work. I tried to leave a message for her manager Dana in the Richardson office but no voicemail and it hung up. I called back and talked to Alex. He helped me track fown Josie and her manager but my forward went to someone named John. I left him a message to please pass on KUDOS message to Dana. I immediately told my agent I will never do business with a company with questionable businesses practices and questionable honesty. I simply picked another compatible choice and felt vindicated turning down Travelers Insurance. I have convinced many not to use their services and will never use this company in my life time. They certainly have lost way more than $1,500 which was the total cost of my car caused by their customer's negligence.

Friendly staff. ---- I did witness an issue with someone else in the store and was impressed with how they handled it. Situation: the person showed up at 9am to pick up a full sized SUV rental but would only accept a specific model. But their reservation was for 2pm during a holiday week. They offered to pickup the vehicle from a sister store so he could get his vehicle early. ...... what kind of dillhole shows up 5 hours early during a busy busy holiday wanting a very specific SUV and then can't comprehend the issue. I was impressed with their ability to stay professional and go out of their way to accommodate his nonsense. I wasn't having to deal with him and he was making me mad. Reservations pickup times are there for a reason and website says "or similar" vehicle No where does it say you get a specific model or trim If you need/want that then plan ahead.

Alliance Limousine was awesome. I took them to DFW the end of July, 2026. It was for a 6:00AM…read moredeparture, with a pickup @ 4:00AM. On the return my flight was delayed and the arrival wasn't till 12:30AM. For both appointments they were there, on the return they were tracking my flight and knew I was going to be late. The whole time I was able to text with my driver, Brandon who was stellar. I was very nervous about trying them as I hadn't used them before but it all worked out and will be using them, again in the near future, Their price was very competitive with the other limo companies.

From start to finish, the personalized attention to detail, and stellar customer service blew us away! First service-Our driver, Julie, arrived promptly at 5:25 for our 7:25 am flight. She was well-dressed in her uniform and engaged in light-hearted conversation with us. Return flight- To our surprise, the owner, Reginald, personally met us in baggage claim, loaded up our luggage, and escorted us to our ride. He was also well-dressed and very engaging. The cars- We had an opportunity to preview two different vehicles during our trips. The first was a black Chevrolet Suburban and the second was a Cadillac Sedan. Both were clean, well-appointed, and definitely fit the bill in terms of luxury cars.
