Fieldstone windows started off great and the windows they installed were well done. They did leave quite a mess in my garden however with bits of metal etc. However, the doors took an extremely long time to arrive due to COVID which is common and understandable. Fieldstone still held on to a large amount of our funds for many months and then expected payment before the job was completed and a quality check occurred. I found this unprofessional. The worst was the state they left the trim around the interior of the door frame. I know plaster is difficult but at least make an attempt to repair or cut the trim to the right size to cover the holes. I called Rose the sales rep and she said "ya, plaster does that". Not the answer I was hoping for. I can't go along with the other excellent reviews unfortunately. I would not recommend. Very overpriced for the service and quality. read more
