This is now the fireside cantina and it was unfortunately pretty disappointing. It took forever just to order the food. I think that the gentleman inside was new and in training but the two others inside didn't seem to be helping him and were standing around on their phone. I order the daiquiri which was supposed to be rum, peach, mango and lime and I watched them make the drink. I think they were out of something and so the woman helping the man just handed him grenadine and he just poured a bunch in. It literally tasted like rum flooded with grenadine. I couldn't even really drink it, it was so bad. I ordered the carne asada quesadilla and elote. The elote was decent but the quesadilla had little to no flavor and only about half of the quesadilla had any filling. The bits of steak were tiny and had no flavor. The meat was tender and juicy though. Overall, not great service and not great food. read more
