If I could leave a zero star, I would. We have had issues even prior to move in. I wouldn't have rented the unit if we weren't running up on deadline and didn't have the funds to lose. Upon move in, there were issues with both bathrooms and the pool. I was literally told to deal with the vendor or accept the conditions. The vendor said the landlord declined their request to fix the issues. Interesting that after I filed a lawsuit they fixed the issue. The worst issue started in August with sewage soaked carpet that we were forced to walk on and live with until November 2nd. Seven leaks later, me having to be the general contractor through the process and the issues were half completed on January 8th. We were told to wait until the issues were fixed then they would give us a refund because of course we were required to pay full rent all while unable to use the pool and bathrooms at different times. If you want to experience a slum lord then rent from these people. Otherwise, I suggest avoiding them at all cost! They are rude, disgusting and dismissive. I had to file small claims lawsuit to get a response. The heat and AC do not work in the master bedroom. Infested with pigeons. Incompetent and lazy staff. They define slum lord. They didn't have money to make us whole but they have money for an attorney to represent them. FYI we pay $2400 a month for this plus $151 for the pool. RUN!!!
