We ate at the Fitz twice during a trip to the Keewenaw and really enjoyed it. The staff is outstanding, treating you like a treasured guest & they were just waiting for you to arrive (both times!). Very hardworking but all smiles. We were seated right by the window, such a gorgeous view, hovering over the beach & the magnificent Superior. We shared an appetizer, first time, the Risotto Fritters, delish, 2nd them the Walleye cake, which knocked us out, so good! Great combination of flavors, sitting on a corn tostada, a little corn & great smoky notes. We each got the whitefish once and ribs once. Both were excellent. We thought the ribs were better than what we'd had in Kansas City! Meaty, tender & smoky. Our second visit, we took after dinner cocktails to the deck, as it was a lovely day to enjoy the view.
