At this SPECIFIC location, I have gone twice both with such poor manners and customer service from the employees. I live Five Below and I thought a couple of months ago when I first visited this one that it was a one off "bad day," until today. Different employees same DISGUSTING attitude. For management reference it is 12:53pm Wednesday Aug 21st and the employee is a shorter dark haired woman with shorter hair. I was asking for assistance with a return (with receipt) and her attitude from the jump was awful. Condescending, rolling her eyes, and refusing to listen. I just immediately said, NM, I'm going to go to a store location I know to be tried and true and where I won't be treated like garbage. I'm not sure what is going on at this brickyard location, but something needs to shift. read more
