They are very happy to help and consult in anything. Can tell they want the customer happy. Very quick response. I had the wrong receiver and they even offered to come back out when I got a 4k receiver to assist with hooking to new TV. Still working with them on a bigger mount for TV, but they are very communicative and ready to do what it takes to make it right for what you want.
