I was eager to try the biscuits and gravy and was impressed. For $10 you get two biscuits and an ample portion of sausage gravy($6 for a half order). The biscuits were cooked to a perfect golden color and was of the type where the gluten was developed a bit instead of being flaky or crumbly. Being a family operation, it was well-staffed with friendly personnel, service was prompt, and coffee refills were not forgotten.
