When the po' boy came out, we thought it was burnt! We didn't know the catfish will be blackened by default. We thought it will be fried since it is a po' boy. The options can be blackened or fried based on the menu online. We were not given those options by our server. They brought out the food but didnt provide utensils until minutes later. The service was excellent, and the servers work as a team to keep make sure our coffees and beverages were kept full. Our server was very helpful, and friendly. The ambiance has the feeling of a typical locally ownned diner. Not fancy, just comfortable. Our breakfast was prepared and served in a timely manner. Every breakfast dish we ordered was prepared perfectly, and was very delicious. Fresh Corned beef hash and eggs - 4/5 The eggs were prepared perfectly over easy. The corned beef was very tasty, not dry. The hash browns were perfect. It had a crispy crust, and soft interior. Overall, a very nice breakfast selection. House Scramble - 4/5 A very nice egg scramble for breakfast. The House Scramble consist of Italian sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions topped with jack cheese. All combined for a very savory breakfast. I would order this again on our next visit. Lobster Benedict - 3/5 This selection consist of two English Muffins topped with two perfectly prepared poached eggs, tomato slices, with sautéed spinach and lobster.
