Had a great time in the infrared sauna. I brought a book connected my Bluetooth to its system and was able to play some meditations.
It's a 45-min session at an affordable price. There is a cold plunge, float machine, massage, etc for wellness.
Towels, shower, water, and hot tea as amenities.
