It has been well over a month since I installed my new flooring from Floor Source, and I can happily state that I am very pleased with the end result. Since I was going thru a whole home flooring replacement, I had my reservations to committing such a task to just any company. Like everyone else going thru the trials and tribulations of reviewing floor companies, I had hoped I had done my best to screen prospective flooring companies to garner my business and more importantly, my trust. I eventually picked Floor Source, to manage and execute on my project. Sales recommendations were "spot-on" and since Rich also had to measure the square footage, he also had another opportunity to validate his initial recommendations and how they would appear at the actual site. My original flooring was going on 28+ years old, so it was time. I selected wood-looking flooring for my 1st Floor and Carpeting for my 2nd Floor and stairs, as well as all new baseboard, underlay and carpet padding. When all was completely installed, I am excited to say that my place looks fantastic. As much as Rich was the light beacon that helped design the end solution, the highlight of the entire project, has to go to the installation teams. Since I was installing two types of flooring, I was assigned two teams: 1) for the hard flooring Alberto was the assigned Install Lead and 2) for the carpeting, Mario was the assigned Install Lead. IMO, these guys and their respective teams were the epitome of their profession. Everyone was knowledgeable, very hard-working, and very cognitive of all details that definitely made the difference between a so-so install vs. a "great" install, Their work ethics are exemplary. They also made recommendations and adjustments in real-time so that the end result was a "fabulous" installation and they are the differentiator on why I would not hesitate to recommend Floor Source for all your flooring needs.
