Came here based off reviews. Definitely wont be back. Decent selection of carpet samples. Unfortunately, the guy they sent to install our carpet messed up every area of brand new baseboards in our room. I called Penny and Angel, sent photos in, and they said "its part of the job". I can understand if there are a few scuffs. This is a bit much though. They didnt offer to give a discounted rate to offset the fees we now have to repair brand new baseboards. They didnt offer to send someone out to repair it. Basically go eff ourselves cause "its in the contract some damage can happen". Penny charged $300 to stretch carpet in another room. We asked the guy how much it would be to stretch another room since he was here and he said Penny paid him $150 to do the room and he would do the second room for the same. read more
