First let me state Rich does not work for me but he is working for my niece and her husband. The house is located right down the road from us in Windham VT.
He was contracted to build a front porch, put up siding and a metal roof. He said he would be done in 1 week, it's now 9 weeks later and snowing....no roof, no siding and one screwed up porch! Not to mention he said that they would be responsible for cleaning up their mess. I think the pictures show how well that worked out.
After not being able to reach him for over a week, he didn't respond to phone calls, text or emails. (My niece even called the State Prison to find out if he was behind bars). They sent him a text and called to tell him that he was fired, effective immediately. Oh he responded to that call. Pictures of text are included in my photos.
If you read all his responses to the other reviews. Nothing is ever his fault!
We've contacted the Secretary of State as well as our local police. (They are afraid that this psychopath will do something to their house) And an attorney to try and recover some of their money.
This is a WARNING to everyone, do NOT hire this company!!
