I'll start off this review of Food Studio with 4 stars. It's a brand new opening in the same location where Blondies used to be. I was very satisfied with the new entrees and menu as most of their dishes looked great coming out. I had their "Steak Diane" (a dish of a pan-fried beefsteak with a sauce made from the seasoned pan juices). It was super flavorful and tasty. Wifey had their pecan salad and was also happy with the preparation and flavor. It's great to have this new restaurant in town and we look forward to coming back. It was a little slow and disorganized during their grand opening (and understaffed I assume) but all in all it's a solid place to dine. They also have an extensive cocktail list and I hear they make some great drinks. I can't offer an critique though since I only had water.
