After recovering from getting the wind knocked out of me when I heard this, I quickly dialed James' number. I'd been referred to him a year back when I needed a new fan and I remembered (thankfully) that I'd gotten a good feeling from him. And yeah - he quoted me the bargain basement price of $365 for the same work!
