I may as well flush a few hundred dollars down the toilet every month. Full Circle Management is completely useless. Our HOA is responsible for very little. Our community has no amenities to be maintained other than the exterior of 9 units, landscaping, and a dumpster enclosure. They fail in all aspects. We have had issues with termites, exterior leaks that cause damage to the interior of our home, neighbors illegally dumping unwanted junk and furniture in front of our home, and so much more. All these issues are promptly reported only to have absolutely nothing done. Beyond that they just straight up ignore us. We purchased our home less than 2 years ago and I could write a novel on how many ways and how often this company has wronged us. Steer clear unless you want to waste a lot of time, money, and have to beg for less than the bare minimum. It is incredibly upsetting that I am obligated to pay this company every month and they somehow cost me even more money and, other than write a check to a landscaper, do absolutely nothing.
