I had a really disappointing experience with this shop. They stained my grille during work on my vehicle and promised to replace it -- but only sent one part of the grille and then completely refused to send the remaining pieces, including the emblem lettering that goes on it. On top of that, they ignored me completely when I reached out for help after I couldn't pass smog due to the modifications they made. Terrible customer service, zero accountability, and a total lack of follow-through. If you're thinking about bringing your car here, I'd strongly recommend going somewhere that actually stands behind their work. read more
