What was nice was the extra effort they put into replacing an extra panel (the bumper) and then cleaning out both the interior and exterior. When I arrived, the price was changed and I was told it would be $250, even though that was not what we agreed on. I understand prices can go up or down, but once a price is agreed on, especially after I canceled a different auto body shop, it should be honored. I also have an audio record of the original conversation. The person who did my oil change was very nice and professional, and I appreciate that. However, changing the price after an agreement was disappointing. I came here based on good reviews and recommendations. Keeping your word matters if you want returning customers.
