Ramen is my favorite food but this was not the move. I lived in Japan for a year and tried ramen 3-5 times a week. So least to say, I was so excited for a ramen place in the Yulee or Fernandina area. The beef is delicious and the best part. The broth was passable but on the lower end of the average spectrum for Florida (there are better places in Jax). My biggest issue was the noodles. No way are these noodles fresh or of decent quality. Noodles are so important in ramen and to see such a cheap path taken to use premade noodles was a huge turn off for me, I couldn't finish the bowl. If you're going to open a ramen restaurant, please make your own noodles. The staff were sweet and attentive. They were also kind enough to confirm some of my suspicions about the noodles and recommend other dishes. read more
