My wife wanted suggestions on the Boba milk tea as she had not had them before and the server Arian was quick to share her favorite as well as most popular items. Cute little restaurant in Yulee shopping center - unexpected to find a Ramen restaurant in Yulee! Waitresses are very friendly and helpful and explain the contents of each Ramen and other dishes very well. I had the Tonkatsu Ramen which had a very nice rich pork broth with all of the usual good additions. Noodle were well done and this was a great way to warm up on a cold day. My wife got the vegetarian fried rice which was a very large portion and tasty. If you live in the Yulee, this is definitely worth a visit to try something you may not be familiar with. read more

Can't say enough great things about my experience here last night. 10/10 definitely recommend!! The art work and decor in the restaurant had anime themes which I loved immediately. There was light music playing on the sound system as well. Service from my server Arien was awesome and she is so warm and welcoming! The food here was absolutely delicious. I started with the chicken karaage which was piping hot and fresh. I ordered the spam and kimchi fried rice which was recommended by Arien. Salty, savory and went perfectly with the chili oil. The main event was the off the menu braised beef ramen, also an Arien recommendation and I cannot thank her enough! The beef was so tender and melt in your mouth good. Been craving good ramen since moving here - glad this place is only a short distance away! Such fun decor! We enjoyed looking at all the art and figures. Ramen is my favorite food but this was not the move. I lived in Japan for a year and tried ramen 3-5 times a week. So least to say, I was so excited for a ramen place in the Yulee or Fernandina area. The beef is delicious and the best part. The broth was passable but on the lower end of the average spectrum for Florida (there are better places in Jax). My biggest issue was the noodles. No way are these noodles fresh or of decent quality. Noodles are so important in ramen and to see such a cheap path taken to use premade noodles was a huge turn off for me, I couldn't finish the bowl. If you're going to open a ramen restaurant, please make your own noodles. The staff were sweet and attentive. They were also kind enough to confirm some of my suspicions about the noodles and recommend other dishes. read more

I finally tried Fusion Ramen for lunch the other day. We arrived an hour before they closed for lunch break and were seated immediately. The servers were quick and attentive. I ordered the Shrimp Ramen and my boyfriend ordered the Chicken Katsu Ramen. I thought everything tasted good but it could have used a little more of all the toppings. The egg was an up-charge and was overcooked. It tasted like a hard boiled egg instead of it being slightly runny. The chicken from the katsu was delicious and I love that they put the chicken on the side so it didn't get soggy. We also ordered a green ice cream for dessert which was sooo good! I was surprised to find a decent ramen place in Yulee, considering the demographic of the area. My partner and I both ordered our own ramen bowls. I had the tonkatsu, and I'm glad to say it was pretty good! I also really enjoyed the soft boil egg. That's how you know this place really does love ramen. However for both our bowls, our noodles were quite overcooked and way too soft. The bowls would've been perfect if the noodles were Al Dente (hence the four stars). Overall, we had excellent service from both our waitresses. We also really loved the anime decorations as well! Would definitely recommend this place to others. read more

My favorite Yulee ramen house. When they first opened there were some kinks to be worked out. Food took forever and service was slow. Fast forward to today, food was fast and yummy, service was helpful and attentive, and everything was delicious. Glad we came back after giving them time to mature. I'm happy I don't have to drive 50 miles for ramen anymore. Stop by and enjoy. You won't regret it. I would have givin 5 stars, but the appetizer arrived with the ramen. Only negative this visit. We went to this new Ramen restaurant last Saturday for dinner. There were 3 of us and each ordered a different bowl. I ordered the Spicy Beef Ramen. I was unsure if it would be Spicy enough, so I requested some pepper oil on the side. I ended up adding heat to my bowl. We all enjoyed what we had ordered and none of us finished our ramen. The night we went, the place was packed and there was a line at some point. The service was great and the staff were very attentive. It's not a big space, but they turn the tables quickly. This was our second time coming here. The first time was great, fast, friendly service and taste. BUT this time was terrible unfriendly service, food took nearly an hour to come to the table & to top it all off the waitress started avoiding us And just stopped servicing us. I am assuming because she knew how terrible the service was going. We had to find another waitress to give us our check and to go boxes. Great local place to grab some ramen, they get fairly busy at times and have a smaller wait staff, but otherwise no complaints. It's convinient to have a place in town and not have to go downtown Jax to get good ramen. They recently started doing specials, which a lot of other places have, which will add some variety to the menu. Boba teas are a little on the sweet side, though they're happy to adjust how you like. Having lived in Japan for four years, we have been hoping to find a local spot such as this. Their ramen soups are excellent. The spicy beef and Chicken Tonkatsu are our 2 favorites.
