I only gave 1 star because I couldn't rate it any lower. Firstly, the service is horrible. It took over 2 hours for them to do my nails since my lady kept getting up to answer the phones and help customers who came in with complaints about their nails. I should've left then and there but I was half way into my nail service. When I asked for another person to do my nails (since my lady kept leaving) the man kept telling me that it was my fault since the nails I had on were too hard to remove (even though they came off in ten minutes). The lady who did my nails was very old and kept shaking/forgetting what the design was which is most likely why I got the results I did. Will not be coming back here and I advise you not to either. read more
