Wish I would have tried Galvan's a long time ago when they'd pull up to Parliament Brewing in their trailer. Now that they have their new location in Cotati and it's been a short time since they opened, I figured I'd check em out. Tons of outdoor seating to enjoy good Quesabirria tacos and brews on a beautiful sunny day with a few TV's to keep up with your favorite sports team. Chicken tacos were juicy and the salsa is spicy and had a build up the more you consume it, so beware. Quesabirria tacos are on the smaller side but really flavorful. Variety of good beer on tap, would love to come back as soon as possible since we're seeing warmer days. read more
