My brother purchased a gift for me from out of state, the limited edition funko league of Legends set. Upon opening, I found the amumu box was damaged. When I called the store, the woman on the phone said I could return for store credit. Upon driving for 20 minutes, as this is the closest store to me, and waiting for almost 10 minutes for them to ring it up, they then tell me i need a receipt. This is something that should have been said over the phone, now they are wasting my time and his. This is just another reason why I dont shop at gamestop anymore. Horrible customer service.
