These 2 people will lie to you for 9 months over 22 phone calls saying they are investigating when in reality they just settled the next day with not even so much as the red lght camera. I called the other insurance company to find out! By then NO Lawyer could help me as it was too late for the camera or medical ! The Policeman said Arizona law says take the witness statement not the drivers. The problem was the "witness" was really the passenger in the vehicle that hit me! The officer said "why would she do that" when I told him. The driver of the car that hit me tried to make the Left turn light. I was the 2nd car back from a red light. Theresa went between 2 cars. And the police did Not even check the damage because the "passenger" was a witness!
