In April of 2024 Get Hooked towed one of our company vehicles to a mechanic. After not securing the tonneau cover properly it flew up during the drive destroying the cover, damaging the roof, driver's side door, rain deflector & windshield. I immediately called and spoke with the owner, who reassured me that they have mechanics on staff and that this would be fixed in-house. It was mentioned not to bring the damage to insurance. After being told for months that these things would be fixed and that the parts were on the way, they have officially ghosted me. read more
