Thought that was a pretty weird set of parameters for a roadside assistance company to have, but it could have been pure miscommunication. They did end up recommending me to Collins Brothers Towing, who did a great job, so everything worked out in the end. Moral of the Story: Just be aware that if you have a Volkswagen, or any car with metric unit measurements on the lug nuts, they might not be able to help you with your tire!
