We booked a vacation pre-COVID and had a wonderful travel agent, Amber J, who did a marvelous job getting everything fixed. Because COVID prevented us from going, we were given a voucher to use at a later time. I had difficulty reaching someone to renew our trip. Every time I called, the wait was an hour or more to speak with an agent. It took several times of calling and waiting before I was able to speak to an agent, however, we got a gem of an agent, who then gave us her phone extension which made it possible for us to contact her when the need arose. Cindy F. bent over backwards to help us get our trip to London planned. We had a few interruptions due to my husband's work schedule, but Cindy worked with us to help us get my dream of a lifetime trip to London. I had saved for this trip for many years. Cindy made everything easy! She got us a direct flight from LA to London, got us a driver to take us to the hotel (and one for the return trip), and reserved a lovely, quaint hotel in Central London which was perfect for us. The underground train was very close to the hotel. We felt safe and were able to travel all over London with ease.
As a business, I think that Go Today needs to work on their long call wait times and being unwelcoming initially, but I do need to commend the service given by both agents, Amber J, and Cindy F. They both did an outstanding job, and helped us have a trip of a lifetime. read more
