It was very bad, Lots of black holes everywhere. All though, I did have fun bouncing on the bed it was very springy and i loved wresteling with my uncle. But, it was still very hard to move after this experience, I was very very sore from all that movement and bouncing. read more

The overall experience was pretty bad. We booked a hotel that turned out to not be available. We were then offered horrible options in the outskirts of the city. We eventually settled on an acceptable hotel option with a small additional cost. When we arrived we were told that breakfast was not included, although it was expected and in our contract. I reached out to my agent multiple times but they never responded during or after the trip. The hotel was acceptable but lacked many basic amenities like drawers, ice, an iron, mini fridge or coffee maker. The location was the best part about it. Close to a large train hub and lots of restaurants. I can't rate the breakfast since it was not included (although we expected it to be). We were repeat customers but will never use this service again as there was no savings (could have just booked the hotel and flights ourselves for about the same cost) and the service was non-existent. read more

HORRIBLE service! For one, there is no phone number to reach anyone. I tried to contact a service member via their website to book a vacation. Emails were constantly unanswered for months. When I was able to get ahold of a representative there was no assistance in booking something. I did all the research and then the representative stopped answering emails. After weeks I was able to get ahold of another representative. This one seemed more promising but soon after, she fell short with assisting. When it came to the final week to book something she assured me that something would be booked or I would be compensated. She stopped answering emails as well. In the end, the time line for travel expired and nothing was booked. After many emails of complaints, finally a glimpse of some hope - I received an email stating that the company would refund me. No - all a lie! Never received or heard from them again which makes their ill fated attempted at rectifying the matter, all the more deplorable. Stay away from representatives Deannah Sullivan and Cynthia Tarleton.... emails will go unanswered with no help and/or resolution. Please look elsewhere to book a vacation and save yourself the trouble. read more

If you want to book with a company with no phone number to reach an agent, that books the worst airline travel arrangements, does not pay the airline fee to seat minor children with parents, books hotels in the bad part of town, provide bear minimum services and charges a premium price leading you to believe they are provided top-level travel arrangements, then this is the agency for you. When they say you have 72 hours to cancel, check the prices from the hotel and air fare for the accommodations they are charging, book it yourself and cancel the next day. You will save 1/2 the money and be able to pay for site-seeing and airline charges for less than there free and get travel insurance. Worst travel agency ever. Check the BBB complaints and save yourself money, time and frustration. Good reviews they have are from 10 years ago. Buyer beware has never been a truer statement. read more

My sister and I booked a European trip for my parents (we're not wealthy, we saved up for almost a year) My dad and mom were at the airport when my dads appendix ruptured and they ended up in the hospital missing their flight (my father was in the hospital for the entire length of the trip). Unfortunately, this company is refusing to help reschedule their trip for when my father heals or even offer a credit which is what they did when the Pandemic hit, but then they charged us an additional $1,462.98 quoting prices of fuel/gas even though they are currently offering they same price to Paris 3 years ago when we first booked their trip. I'm going to every social media account of this companies and posting this until I can hear back from their rep, T. Gibson, until either we can work something out or they block all of my accounts. We booked a vacation pre-COVID and had a wonderful travel agent, Amber J, who did a marvelous job getting everything fixed. Because COVID prevented us from going, we were given a voucher to use at a later time. I had difficulty reaching someone to renew our trip. Every time I called, the wait was an hour or more to speak with an agent. It took several times of calling and waiting before I was able to speak to an agent, however, we got a gem of an agent, who then gave us her phone extension which made it possible for us to contact her when the need arose. Cindy F. bent over backwards to help us get our trip to London planned. We had a few interruptions due to my husband's work schedule, but Cindy worked with us to help us get my dream of a lifetime trip to London. I had saved for this trip for many years. Cindy made everything easy! She got us a direct flight from LA to London, got us a driver to take us to the hotel (and one for the return trip), and reserved a lovely, quaint hotel in Central London which was perfect for us. The underground train was very close to the hotel. We felt safe and were able to travel all over London with ease. As a business, I think that Go Today needs to work on their long call wait times and being unwelcoming initially, but I do need to commend the service given by both agents, Amber J, and Cindy F. They both did an outstanding job, and helped us have a trip of a lifetime. read more

I have used go today for several years. Have travel to your up several times with them. However, now you cannot get a hold of an agent. No one wants to help you when you do get an agent. And different agents tell you different things. Such as one agent told me I could send in my travel info and they would come up with a quote. And another agent said they were only working with customers that have a voucher. I will never use them again. I will use a different travel agency that actually wants to help their customers. Do not book with this company me and my wife booked a trip to Paris but due to covid 19 the trip was cancelled due to the world wide travel ban , we then contacted the company with the intention of traveling at a later date in which they had no problem giving us future travel credit , but due to the ongoing pandemic it's been over 4 months since our original trip, I was laid off from my job and we need the money back from the trip which we weren't able to take to help maintain our household until I'm able to regain employment . The go today representatives keep telling us they dont issue refunds and when we try to speak to management they're never available and do not return calls, we've now lodged complaints with the BBB and also Groupon due to our ongoing saga. read more

I've booked two vacations with Go-today and now I'm considering a third one. Both times, it saved us time and money! No need to spend endless amount of time to plan European vacations, figuring out what trains or busses you'd have to take, etc, specially for multi city and multi countries. All you have to do is check the hotel ratings on TripAdvisor, and if they are not good enough, just upgrade the hotels. We added extra days to Prague and Vienna for extra cost. A real human agent helps you with customizing your package. One time, a non-English speaking German train conductor insisted that our tickets weren't paid so we were forced to pay the fare we thought all taken care of. After we returned home, I contacted our agent. She reimbursed it in full. It had been paid like it was supposed to. Like all other travel packages, everything is prepaid and non-refundable. So double and triple check your travel details before you pay for it and buy a travel insurance for additional $100 something if you want peace in mind. read more

Very disappointed in Go Today agency. We booked the dream trip to Berlin, Prague and Vienna. Our departure date was 03/12/2020 when unprecedented COVID -19 and international travel was banned by President. We called numerous times Go Today for a refund on $2948. They offered future credit of $1500 and no refunds. We are both in college and working. We don't know when we could go in a trip in the future. All we need is the refund. Go Today did not offer refund for either hotel, flights or railway. They haven't done anything to help. Will never use this company again. read more

I have just returned from my 3rd trip that I booked with gotoday.com and I'm already looking at the 4th. We always build our own and then call to book so we can split the trip 50/50. I have never had any issues or problems. We do our research on location and reviews of the hotels before we choose one. They warn you up front and when you book that trip insurance is on you. Things happen in life and paying that extra $ for insurance is what you do or be okay loosing what you purchased.it is a discount website not AAA, if you can get yourself to and from airport and print your vouchers then you will enjoy a great vacation for a low price. If I could give this place zero stars - that would be what I'd give them - they answer the phone only when booking. Once you booked your vacation - you will never talk to them on the phone - ever. Only via email. They messed up our trip to Paris and London. Instead of giving us 3 days in Paris and 3 days in London - they messed up and gave us 4 days in Paris and only 2 days in London. They want to charge $400 per person to change flights to make things right. We are not paying $800 plus new flights costs for their mistake. I will never ever use this place again. Don't trust them. If you read them on the better business bureau they have an F rating - I wish I did more research about them before I booked. Also, Tripmasters - a competitor of Go Travel has the same trip for 50% less - so you can pay $2000 instead of $4000 for the same trip. I feel like such a fool. Do your research. I them went to their website and they still were touting that hotel even though they said it was not available. False and misleading . We had to pay $100's more for the trip. We had a terrible experience with this company. They book the connections so tight, 45 minutes in Frankfort, and about an hour and a half in Newark (you have to line up for security all over again in Newark if you're arriving from Europe). We were sprinting in airports and still we missed our connecting flight in Newark! Baggage did not arrive until two days later--cheese and chocolate bought from Switzerland all spoiled. I had asked I was booking about the tight connection, but they assured me it was plenty of time, and I trusted their "professional judgement". Also, on our way to Vienna, the US weather caused a delay of two days, which is not Go-today's fault, however we had already missed 2 days of our 6 days packaged tour of Vienna. We asked Go-today to possibly arrange a different flight/carrier to get us there, and they were not willing at all. Hotel in Vienna had no air conditioning while Europe was going through a heat wave. Also, no windows, just a door to balcony (with an escape ladder down), no screen on door, so take your pick, die of heat, or let bugs in. It was a very stressful vacation. If you book with this company, check the time between connections, and take your chances. read more

I just returned from our European vacation. We purchased our packaged deal with Go-Today. We enjoyed the destinations, but we had a scary experience at one particular hotel we stayed in. We called the agency to report it because there was only 1 person onsite at the hotel and that 1 person was the concern. The first response to our concern from Go-Today staff was, "sorry, there is nothing we can do, if you have travel insurance get another hotel because we can't help you"! So basically, they take your money and that is it, they do not even try to advocate on your behalf, which is what I was asking for. So, the bottom line is, DO NOT USE GO-TODAY, I highly recommend using Tripmaster instead. If you use Go-Today, pay extra for the most expensive hotels, and if you do that, you might as well arrange your own travel. Go-Today has awful customer service, awful!!!! read more

Do not use this company. My husband and I just had to cancel a trip to italy due to the Corona virus. Although the cancellation was no fault of our own we received about 25% of our money back through vouchers for future travel to be used within 6 months. They are hard to get on the phone, you never talk to the same person twice. To reach a manager, you must email them and wait for a call back. This is not a user friendly company. I suggest using a local travel agent that you can reach in case of emergencies. read more

I booked a trip to London, Paris, Amsterdam & Rome. On the first day of my trip, I received a call from home that my mother had passed. I flew home shortly after & asked what could be don't to receive travel credit as I still have over a week left of my trip. After multiple emails & calls to them, no one even responds to give me updates or at least tell me they are tying to work with me. No grievance or bereavement credits were offered. I was told because I didn't purchase travel insurance on my own, there is nothing that can be done- no refunds, no exchanges. After being persistent in asking for assistance, I was offered a $600 credit with limitations after spending thousands of dollars that completely went to waste.
