I drove by this location today and saw a giant white sale sign and several small signs along the roadway that said 50% off clothing so I decided to stop in. I got there shortly after they opened at 12:00 and almost one hour after they opened, they realized they still had those signs out from yesterday!! At almost 1:00 in the afternoon. I asked the manager if she would honor it and she refused to honor it even though there were multiple signs advertising that sale. Two other people near me thought they were getting clothes for half off too only to find out they weren't at the register. Totally unprofessional. If you failed to take down multiple signs that no longer apply, the right thing to do is to honor that sale for the people that came in for that reason. After the signs where brought to their attention, they went to remove them. The pictures are of employees removing Goodwill branded 50% off clothing signs that the manager claimed "they don't use". I normally like to shop Goodwill but today left a bad taste in my mouth that makes me not want to come back. I'll go spend my money elsewhere. I plan on reaching out to customer service when they are open. If somebody reads this from Goodwill, I would love to speak to someone about it. read more
