I love this location. the store is very organized and they always have more items and even do 50% off on some days on red tags. I always find something here. it has all sizes and a great variety of all sized. it is clean and the staff are very friendly. I donate my things here buy things here too. They had really good choices on women's clothing here! They have it very well organized, which I really enjoyed. It was easy to find what I was looking for and the size! Mainly clothing as all Goodwill stores have. They had a good assortment of decorative wall art. Not much in the way of tchotchkes and home goods though. These items are usually bought up quickly. Prices have gotten higher at all Goodwill stores. And the folks who buy and resale on eBay and Etsy and flea markets scour Goodwills for merchandise. This is the only time we've seen a donation center be particular on what gets donated to them. I've never been asked what kind of items I'm donating. Got told I would have to go near the BOK center to donate the large baby item they didn't accept. Might look for other locations I can donate to. read more

One of the employees with some red in her hair, was very very rude to me. i simply asked for the price on a glass plate that appeared to have the price tag scratched off. she immediately gave me attitude and said i would not get a discount for scratching off tags. i am very offended for her to think i would do something like that and i said i didnt scratch it off but her attitude led me to think she didnt believe me. feeling offended and objectified, i put the plate back and left the store with plans on never returning anytime soon. read more

I have faithfully donated clothing and home goods to Goodwill Industries on 51st street in BA since I moved to a nearby neighborhood. I pulled up to drop off a donation at 8:55 am this morning on my way to a funeral. There were cars in the lot so i unloaded the single box to donate. There was a woman getting out of her car that yelled over that they weren't open and I shouldn't leave stuff - 5 minutes before they opened.. she was EXTREMELY rude to me on a bad day to start with. I wont be back. I will take my donations to places with a little compassion. read more

You can always find something here. It's typically well organized and the staff is nice. Especially Thomas. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because sometimes I come across things that were donated that should have gone straight to the garbage, and other times I find something that is beyond overpriced. Overall, this is my favorite Goodwill in town! read more

Clean store but it's pretty small. Clothes were nicely organized. Not much of a toy section.

I drove by this location today and saw a giant white sale sign and several small signs along the roadway that said 50% off clothing so I decided to stop in. I got there shortly after they opened at 12:00 and almost one hour after they opened, they realized they still had those signs out from yesterday!! At almost 1:00 in the afternoon. I asked the manager if she would honor it and she refused to honor it even though there were multiple signs advertising that sale. Two other people near me thought they were getting clothes for half off too only to find out they weren't at the register. Totally unprofessional. If you failed to take down multiple signs that no longer apply, the right thing to do is to honor that sale for the people that came in for that reason. After the signs where brought to their attention, they went to remove them. The pictures are of employees removing Goodwill branded 50% off clothing signs that the manager claimed "they don't use". I normally like to shop Goodwill but today left a bad taste in my mouth that makes me not want to come back. I'll go spend my money elsewhere. I plan on reaching out to customer service when they are open. If somebody reads this from Goodwill, I would love to speak to someone about it. read more

One of the most underwhelming Goodwills I've ever been in. With all the collection centers one would think that their would be more than just clothes. Should be renamed Slime Pickens. I buy literally hundreds and hundreds of dollars of worth of vases every month for my craft business from the Goodwill's on Southwest Boulevard and Garnet. Anything that is not marked is always $.50... Except at this store. Hoping to give them some business and me a new source, we stopped in there today. Apparently they play by their own rules and their vases were double the price of the other stores. If it had no price tag, it was a dollar instead of $.50. Thanks but no thanks. read more

I wanted to chime in and echo what the last review had said. This goodwill is awesome. The staff is so friendly and the clothing is weeded through to make sure there's no junk. Giving them a two star review because you don't like the "stylist" at a charitable thrift store is nuts. These guys are great and they deserve your business. I have a professional job where I have to look nice on a daily basis and I buy most of my clothes here. I get compliments on them all the time. There are a lot of namebrands in good shape and priced well. Exactly what a five star star star would be. read more

Good store for clothing, not a whole lot of selection otherwise. Staff was friendly and helpful, but the manager was a rather rude woman...I had a question about a shelf that didn't have a price tag, and she dismissed my inquiry saying it wasn't for sale...the clerk was very helpful though and answered all my questions and helped me browse the display. Overall good experience except for the manager but maybe she was just having a bad day. read more

Tiny store. On top of that, we were in line, a couple came up, cut in front of us, then they checked them out without saying anything to us. Another worker (the manager) checked us out on another line, I told her about it, she just looked at me. Not an "I'm sorry" nothing. Guess you shouldn't expect good service here. These previous reviewers don't know how good they have it. The store is organized wonderfully, by color and size, not just type of clothes. The thrift stores I've been to in other cities/states just throw all the clothes together by type, and don't organize them whatsoever. So this goodwill is a pleasant surprise. They have lots of customers and donors so their merchandise is always changing. There's a good mix of brand name and ordinary brands. The workers are probably volunteer, cut them some slack, along with ignorant ppl who cut in line. It's not that big a deal. read more
