A Taste of Hope: Restaurant Review of Graffito Pizza As a passionate group of food enthusiasts, we recently had the pleasure of dining at Graffito Pizza, and it was an experience worth sharing. From the warm hospitality of our server, Kato, to the thoughtfully crafted menu, everything contributed to a memorable meal. Our visit was highlighted by Kato's exemplary service. Her inviting demeanor and genuine kindness made us feel truly welcomed and valued throughout our meal. For starters, I enjoyed the burrata, which was absolutely exceptional--creamy, fresh, and perfectly paired with complementary ingredients. We also shared the steamed mussels, which were cooked to perfection--tender and not chewy--with a flavorful sauce that had a delightful hint of spice, adding depth to the dish. Our main courses included several standout dishes. The kale and Brussels sprout salad was a particular favorite; the combination of greens, shredded sprouts, and other ingredients was both tasty and balanced. The dressing added a subtle sweetness with a bright acidity, making it very scrumptious. The Lobster Pasta was flavorful, with a lovely overall taste, though the sauce was a bit thinner than expected, and we felt the lobster quantity could be increased for the portion size. Nonetheless, it was a satisfying dish, reminiscent of homemade mac and cheese. The Baked Ziti was warm, cheesy, and comforting, with a perfect cheese blend that complemented the baked dish beautifully. The roasted cauliflower appetizer was another highlight. Its flavorful sauce made it a dish we would definitely order again. Additionally, the ragu with meatballs showcased well-seasoned meatballs and a rich sauce, although the seasoning was somewhat lacking, and the meatballs were a bit crumbly. For pizza lovers, the Margarita pizza was delightful--thin, consistent crust with a wood-fired flavor, despite a slight overcooking on the bottom. The pepperoni pizza and garlic knots also impressed with their flavors, though the knots could have been warmer and had a more pronounced garlic presence. Dessert was a pleasant surprise. The Limoncello Tiramisu was excellent--lemony, with a subtle coffee flavor that complemented the citrus notes beautifully. The white chocolate topping was a minor detail I didn't particularly favor, but overall, it was a delicious finish to our meal. The ambiance of Graffito Pizza was inviting and family-friendly, making it a perfect spot for a casual yet refined dining experience. In summary, Graffito Pizza offered a variety of delicious dishes with attentive service, and we look forward to returning to explore more of their menu.
