Anyone rating this hotel 5 stars has to be working for the hotel. This place has had bedbugs since 2019. I just stayed in the hotel sept 6th and my legs had over 10 bites on them. Some had just reported a month before they had bedbug issues. When I looked behind the bed and under the mattress pad, what I found was disgusting. It looked like urine stains and pubic hairs on the mattress and behind the bed was filthy. I don't understand how they can still be operating.
