I have an older Infiniti QX4 and having recently moved to Durango I left the Infiniti dealer I used for 20 years behind. My fan belt screamed at me every time I started the car. I called Grease Monkey and spoke with Phil and I'm so glad I did. I brought the car in the next morning and he and his team fixed the fan belt from screaming. I also needed a head light fixed. I had gone to Americas' on College and paid them $160. for the bulb and over $50 to put it in only to have it go out again before I left their parking lot. They wiggled it and back on it came only to go out again within a week. Phil and his team checked it and told me that Infiniti parts are expensive and that they wouldn't be able to fix it and I needed at least a Nissan dealer. Their honesty was refreshing.
