I've had good luck with grease monkey in Lufkin, and Lone Star Texas. But this particular seem to not have put enough oil in my car, causing the motor to lock up. But I guess you should always double check the work of someone who you paid to do a simple oil change. Also I have spoken with the regional manager and he seemed to be a bit rude and wanted to try and talk down to me as if I don't know what I'm talking about, and all he said was "I've turned it over to the claims department" and guess what. No response from anyone. This has cost me over 4,000 dollars just in parts thanks to their lousy business practices. This is by far the worst place to get an oil change!!! read more
