I bought a used car from the dealership yesterday and the whole experience was very controlling. I went in looking for another car and by the end of the deal they showed me a car I didn't intend on getting. Additionally, everything that I wanted changed and every grievance I expressed was not met with any consideration, they said that it was too late to change anything even when I had not driven off the lot. Today I come to find that the bumper came out of place without any disturbances. I would not recommend shopping with them. The car that I wanted to look at was said to have been "sold" yet when I emailed another member of the team it was said to be in stock. Additionally, the car that I bought is no longer on the website but they car a intended on looking at still is. Worst car buying experience I do not recommend. read more
