This was a pick up that became a store visit. If you're not an experienced H&M shopper pick up is not easy. I waited on line to be advised to go to the Kiosk. According to the kiosk, the merchandise was not in the building. I had to get back on line and ask for assistance. The customer service was amazing, they were patient and kind. My package just arrived and was not in the system. The dress arrived just as described, it was a thinner material than I expected. Four stars because it's like going thru a maze to receive the dresses, but I love the color of the dress. read more
