Dismal experience. It took them 5 weeks (3 on the first attempt), then 2 on the second one, to give me my computer back, broken, exactly as before their "repair". In the meanwhile, I have been charged 220$. When I voiced my complaints and demanded either a refund or not to be further charged if they finally managed to find the problem, this subhuman called David produced the behavior you are seeing in the pictures.
I don't think I have every seen such sort of behavior in all my life. This guy should not be allowed contact with the public.
Cherry on top: I sought assistance with another computer repair shop, and it took them 2 DAYS, I repeat, 2 DAYS to fix it, and they charged me a fraction of the cost above.
