I first tried Harmony Nails when I first moved to Bailey and I was not impressed. My Mom is a regular there so she convinced me to go back and while I wasn't thrilled with the gel manicures I had received there, they were good enough and it was convenient for my Mom and I to go together. However today I went with my Mom again (admittedly begrudgingly because I had tried another salon I liked better) but again, my Mom likes her technician so I went. I had an appointment for a gel manicure and a pedicure which I was really looking forward to because I had just worked 10 days straight and my feet were killing me. They never asked what type of pedicure I wanted, there's no sign or information as to the type they offer but a lady next to me was getting a pedicure and wrongly I assumed mine would be similar. I was sadly wrong. My pedicure was worse than what I could have done myself, the technician barely scrubbed my feet, barely massages my legs and didn't massage my feet at all. Honestly it was the worst pedicure I have ever had and my kids used to give me pedicures when they were little. My feet look awful, the only thing that looks halfway decent is the polish and that's because it's a nice color. The gel manicure was also lacking and not thorough. Again my arms were barely massaged and he totally skipped my hands. I plan on contacting them and asking them to redo both of them only because I paid for services that I don't believe I received but I doubt I'll be back especially since I found a place I like better in Conifer that's cheaper and has a better selection of services and nail colors. read more
