Took my snow blower to get fixed. Was told it will be 6 weeks. After 6 weeks I called and they haven't gotten to it. Canceled my order and said I will pick up. When I get there customer service could not get me my money in cash like I gave to them. Told me that they "would not want me back". When I pick up my snow blower it's torn apart. Talk to the boss and he told me that it would be $40 to rebuild. When I informed him that I cancelled the order all he said "sorry" didn't get the message. After confronting him about this being bad customer service, instead of fixing the problem he just shrugged his shoulders. Horrible place. Definitely do not recommend. read more
