Bought a belt from the Farmington location, installed it and used it 1 time and then tried to cut…read moremy yard again and I made it maybe 1/2 throught and it basically stoppes cutting found out the belt is stretched my yard is about 1 acre, I checked all the pulleys and adjustments per the manual and all are correct and the pulleys run smooth and no noises, took the belt back (which they are 45minutes away but the only one that had it in stock) and was given the typical song and dance about there is to many variations to cause the issue which really means where not going to stand behind the product we sell, but thanks for your money. Horrible customer service. My next call will be to John Deere to complain probably won't help but it's just a phone call.

After we got the mower running I asked how much for the service charge. He said nothing! It wasn't any big deal to fix. Now that's what I call great Customer Service!

It started to eat the drive belts two months into owning it and I sent it in for repair. They said "your belt is shot", and going to cost $250 to fix. When I went to collect my now very heavy push mower I was told they don't really "do" self propel. My FIL is looking at it now and found that the oil wasn't changed before it was sold, and there's a nut caulked to the deck being used as a spacer, which is likely what caused the arm resting on it to break. I don't think they did that, but I'm sure they knew when they tuned it up that it was like that. I won't be back.

I'm going to be honest I was very disappointed in the service that I received from this place. The…read moreowner seemed to be knowledgeable initially, but upon picking up my repair, didn't seem to actually put any effort effort diagnosing my issue. He was more interested in receiving a service fee for doing essentially nothing. I'm almost positive that they misdiagnosed not one but both of my lawn mowers one of which I let them keep based on the information that they told me. When they told me the second lawnmower couldn't be repaired. I pushed back and asked them if I take it to another shop and they're willing enable to get it fixed then would my $50 be refunded being that you didn't fix my problem. The owner didn't responded well another shop might be able to get it up and running, but I still don't think it's gonna cut.. Like I said, I don't typically leave bad reviews about places like this, but something needs to be said. I really think you would be better off spending your money somewhere else where they value you and actually take the time to figure out what the issue is and it's less focused on keeping your money for a service fee. I was torn between taking my lawn equipment to this place and a few other places in North County. The other places were booked up and I now see why they were booked up. My advice, wait on the other lawnmower repair places that are booked up versus taking your equipment to these people. I work in Construction and very much have respect for people who work in a service industry but these people just aren't it.

Great service, support and products!…read more We now have our second lawn mower from ARCO. We also have a leaf blower and weed trimmer. We purchased the first mower in 2009 and only just replaced it... it ran well and lasted 15+ years in much thanks to ARCO's winterizer service which, I now know that I should have winterizer it every year... I thought I had just missed last year... I hadn't taken it in for four years... ahem. Don't be like I used to be... do winterize your mower each off-season... commit to yourself to bring it in before Christmas. The first mower did not last longer than that due to an accident on a hillside that damaged it... I let it roll down the back yard hill and along the way it flipped and cracked the gas tank... ahem. Thankfully, the ARCO team was helpful; the first mower was really good and this new one, a 21-inch super recycler (it cuts each blade of grass many times) is AWESOME!! The new mower has much better wheels - thicker and better tread and they roll much more easily, and that is great. AND What really impresses me is the cutting. In spring, grass is always the thickest and we keep our grass tall, so when we cut there is usually a lot of clippings. I typically bag the grass but I did not use the bag this first cut. And I'm amazed... the grass is thick this week. The last time I cut, there were clumps of grass all around the yard, especially where I turned - this is not uncommon. This time - no clumps - this new dual blade makes many fine pieces of each blade of grass, and those small pieces apparently fall deep into the yard and serve to help strengthen the grass (per the Toro video on YouTube). I was also able to walk over the old clumps of last week's grass and they were shredded and disappeared, too - amazing! Thank you to the entire ARCO team, for the original sales and support and for this amazing new Toro 21" super recycler lawn mower!!

We are a black American couple who was interested in purchasing some heavy duty equipment. But by the looks of it, based on reading previous comments these people might not even be racist. They are just idiotic, incompetent, and negligent. My wife and I walked a portion in 30-35 degree weather, we went inside the sales center, everyone looked up and even made eye contact, however no one greeted us inside or outside. As we continued to walk through the store and figured someone would introduce themselves like most dealerships do, they continued to screw around with other things. Needless to say, no one should be buying from this place, whether you're Black American or White American, these people are as useless as a pocket on a t-shirt. And the pocket is more useful than them. We drove 45 minutes out of the way and passed several other dealerships just to come here. The wife called off work and I cancelled other ventures just to be let down. If Kubota lets these people advertise for them, they will continue to have low sales. I don't care if you sale 1 $80,000.00 tractor every quarter in a half, think about selling dozens every quarter.
