After enjoying the sites and Estuarium in Washington, we knew we had to try Havens. A walk-up pizza window... how clever! They've got ordinary pizzas as well as creative ones. We tried General Tso's - with its lightly breaded chicken, tiny pieces of broccoli, and sweet/spicy sauce, this was a winner! We also tried the Spicy Honey. It was nice, and not too spicy. It was a beautiful day, so we grabbed one of the plentiful picnic tables and enjoyed our pizzas outside. The folks were super friendly and were happy to hear we enjoyed our food. (We have roots in New Jersey and are picky about our pizzas. These passed the test!) I loved the slightly chewy/slightly crispy crust. Can't wait to return! read more
