Our dining experience at the new hot pot venue on Keykendahl by Academy was outstanding. As first-time patrons of a hot pot BBQ restaurant, we were pleased to discover a truly exceptional establishment. The food was incredibly fresh, and the service was prompt and attentive. We sampled a variety of dishes, including lamb, wagyu beef, shrimp, oysters, clams, crab, wagyu sausages, and chicken. Both the Szechuan spicy soup base and chicken base were excellent. The selection of vegetables and mushrooms was impressive. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the owner's warm hospitality was a welcome touch. The salad bar offered a range of options, including sauces, fruits, wings, and finger foods. Overall, our experience was a 10/10, and we would highly recommend this restaurant. read more
