Tried out Hipot, the new AYCE hotpot & BBQ spot that just opened in Spring. The place was clean, modern, and the service was attentive. Food was decent overall -- plenty of variety for both hotpot and BBQ. My only gripe is that all the BBQ meats were sliced very thin. Would have been better with slightly thicker cuts for a juicier bite. Came out to about $100 for two people including tip. Not bad for AYCE with both hotpot and grill options. I'd definitely come back again to try more of the menu!

We tried hot pot. The sliced beef is very fresh. I also like shrimp dumpling. It's new opened. I'll recommend to my colleagues. Service is good as well.

The food at HiPot Hot Pot and BBQ restaurant is very tasty and delicious. I had the mushroom soup broth for the hot pot soup base with ramen noodles. I highly recommend this broth flavor if you like mushrooms. My partner had the spicy chicken Broth with udon noodles and shrimp. The meats and pork we added to the hot pots were delicious. The Slices of Cut Potatoes, Enoki Mushrooms and Bean Sprouts In the Hot Pot Broth really added to the flavor of the soup as well as the items you add to to soup broth. The buffet of chicken wings, spices, oils, seasoning, veggies and desserts is a nice added touch to the restaurant. Try the wings they are delicious. The desserts were good along everything else. The host and our server were very nice and made sure to check on us periodically. The restaurant has large booths that offer a cozy feeling for a night out with your friends, family as well as for a date with that special someone. I really enjoyed this very clean, newly built hot pot and bbq restaurant. The restaurant give you a 2 hour limit for the all you can eat pricing. I listed the pricing menu in my pictures if to help out if needed. Remember, there is an up charge for adding BBQ verses just getting the Hot Pot only. Make sure you stop by the Hi Pot Hot Pot & BBQ restaurant to enjoy yourself some great food.

They have been open a short period of time and the staff already has service down. Our server, Fanny was a pleasure, my father commented to me that he wanted a refill and Fanny came by a minute later to give us a refill. There is a great selection of food. Even things like quail eggs or orange jello. There are a lot of sauces. And they have ice cream. Mocha and vanilla and three other flavors. The meal was not cheep, but a black been burrito at Taco bell is not cheep these days. And it was a great value for the amount of food you get We went Sunday, the menu is less expensive if you don't go on the weekend. Bottom line. This place is on our list of places to eat for special occasions.

    Here are the prices!

Had a great time, the staff was attentive and helpful for our first time! My favorite things were the wagu beef cubes and beef bulgogi, and the chicken wings at the buffet bar for an appetizer! I posted the prices in a picture so you could know- worth the cost! We went for lunch which was a bit more reasonable!

    Good food, and good service

Good bbq and good service at affordable price. We enjoy a lot and we will come back again soon

Clean place. Friendly staff. Delicious food. Who could ask for more? The bulgolgi and short ribs were my personal favorites.

The service was top notch Kevin our waiter was perfect, he explained exactly what us first timers needed to know (we opted for the BBQ vs Hot Pot) and gave excellent amount of service without interrupting too often, but without ignoring. And now my favorite part the food.... We ordered the following for our meat selections: Prime Beef Brisket, Spicy Beef Bulgogi, Garlic Chicken, Pork Belly, Cumin Lamb and Garlic Shrimp. For veggies: Shiitake mushrooms, Mung Bean Sprouts, Onions, Bamboo Shoots, Eggplant, Zucchini and we topped it off with a pineapple drink. My friend said the veal and the pork belly were both delicious, I don't eat either so my review is based on everything else. OMG the flavors were so packed into the meats they needed nothing else. The spicy beef bulgogi was by far my absolute favorite (I polished off two full servings myself) the spice profile was so perfect that it enhanced the beef without masking the natural flavor and the use a good quality beef as well so any toughness is due to your own over cooking which still didn't happen. The shrimp and chicken came in tied for second place for flavor bomb, I'm pretty sure they marinate this stuff for days for it to taste so full of flavor! There is also a fully stocked "Sauce Bar" with so many different kinds of sauces and additions. The inside is very large, but not loud and they have a full bar for those who wish to sit there. If you haven't tried them yet GO! You and your stomach will thank me.

It is eclectic, decorated in an Asian pop culture theme with [sometimes promiscuous lol] music videos playing on a big projector screen. And, it is honestly loud (booths are in rather close proximity to one another and there's constant clatter & commotion from the table action). We had a few issues - the grill didn't stay hot (either malfunctioning or low on fuel), there weren't any hot buffet options (like other locations offer), and a few menu items were unavailable (ran out) - but we enjoyed our meal, nonetheless. Even with a few missing offerings, there is plenty of variety - meats, seafood, vegetables, soups, noodles & rice. The sauce bar has many condiments & dips; you can play mad scientist with your seasonings/marinade. And, there was a cold buffet that offered kimchi and a few fruits. They also had a long list of beverages that included boozy cocktails and exotic smoothies or teas. Kevin was an outstanding server - extremely attentive & superbly patient (bless his heart for accommodating our rowdy and very needy group of newbies lol). He was assisted by a hard working team of table runners and busters who kept us stockpiled and refilled. The crew made sure things were never amiss. Some tips for first-timers: -The AYCE pricing is applied to the whole table, so you have to make a group decision if you want to do bbq or hotpot or both ($5 add on). -Holidays and weekends are priced for Dinner all day. -They don't take reservations, so there may be a wait (especially if you have a large group). -It is booth seating throughout, with a max of 6 people per booth. -You have a 2 hour time limit (which seems like a lot, but you do have to wait for meat to cook on the grill). It's a small "mom & pop" restaurant with the owners taking orders, cooking everything up, and delivering hot food from the kitchen. Our group of 13 ordered a mix of their menu offerings; I had the pan fried dumplings, which was a healthy portion of 10 and can be a great sharing appetizer. Then I had the Jajangmyeon, which is fermented black beans with pork, vegetables and udon style noodles and my wife had the shrimp tempura lunch box entree which was a great assortment. Our friends got various hearty soups as well as the super heated hot stone bowl to keep us all warm on a cold day. Several of our friends tried different hearty soups, one had the hot stone bowl entree and the food was sizzling in the super hot bowl. As I said, this is a classic "mom & pop" restaurant where the owners greet you and get you a table, then they take orders, cook the food in their kitchen and bring it all out to the table! They were always checking to see if we needed drink refills or anything else to go with our lunch. I am so glad we tried this place and will be back as they have so many interesting things we want to try on future visits! Before leaving, I used the restroom and it was spotless as was the kitchen as I walked by and thanked the owner chef. The restaurant is on 1960 at Timber Forest and has plenty of parking in the well lighted parking lot.

I ordered the hot stone mixed rice and it was yummy. I did notice it wasn't as spicy as I am used to so I asked for more of the hot pepper paste. The paste itself is what wasn't super hot but it was still good. Food was also served quickly so I appreciate that. I also ordered a dish to go. The black bean noodles were slightly less flavorful than what we are used to but they were still good. The main drawback though is they did not give any side dishes for the to go item which is interesting. You don't pay less for it and I'm not sure why it wasn't included. I've never had Korean takeout where they did not include any side dishes on a to go order. All in all, the first visit was more a 3.5 but out of good faith, we will call it a 4 star. They did seem to cater to many regulars so it's possible the dishes are toned down for locals? Not sure though. Again, food was good but as someone who is part Korean, the dishes were not as flavorful as I am used to. I would likely eat here again but not sure this would really satisfy the craving for Korean dishes specifically.

Our final destination was Jamaica, and Caribbean Hot Pot brought the culture to life through bold, authentic Jamaican cuisine. They graciously donated a large pan of jerk chicken, large stew chicken, rice and peas, and perfectly seasoned cabbage--and every dish was prepared with incredible flavor, care, and authenticity. The jerk chicken was smoky and tender, the stew chicken was rich and comforting, and the sides tied everything together beautifully. It was a true celebration of Jamaican culture through food. What truly set this experience apart were the owners, Marquisha and Vaughn Watkis. From day one, when I first spoke with Mrs. Watkis, her response was simple and powerful: "We've got you covered." There was no hesitation, no uncertainty--just immediate support and commitment. And they delivered exactly as promised. Their follow-through, professionalism, and genuine heart for the community were evident in every detail--from clear communication to a seamless pickup and beautifully prepared food. Caribbean Hot Pot didn't just donate a meal; they stood in partnership with our mission and showed up for our children in a meaningful way.
