If you're looking for a fun dinner spot, Hi Pot is a must-visit! They offer two delicious ways to enjoy your meal BBQ style or hot pot. I went with the hot pot today and have zero regrets. The options are endless with fresh veggies, meats, fixings, plus a super cool sauce bar to create your perfect combo. A huge shoutout to Ciara, the service was absolutely fantastic! Today's favorites: Golden chicken soup base Bok choy, mushrooms, crown daisy, broccoli & taro Beef, chicken & pork For dipping: sesame, teriyaki & hoisin sauces Such an awesome dining experience highly recommend giving this place a try!

Tried out Hipot, the new AYCE hotpot & BBQ spot that just opened in Spring. The place was clean, modern, and the service was attentive. Food was decent overall -- plenty of variety for both hotpot and BBQ. My only gripe is that all the BBQ meats were sliced very thin. Would have been better with slightly thicker cuts for a juicier bite. Came out to about $100 for two people including tip. Not bad for AYCE with both hotpot and grill options. I'd definitely come back again to try more of the menu!

We tried hot pot. The sliced beef is very fresh. I also like shrimp dumpling. It's new opened. I'll recommend to my colleagues. Service is good as well.

The food at HiPot Hot Pot and BBQ restaurant is very tasty and delicious. I had the mushroom soup broth for the hot pot soup base with ramen noodles. I highly recommend this broth flavor if you like mushrooms. My partner had the spicy chicken Broth with udon noodles and shrimp. The meats and pork we added to the hot pots were delicious. The Slices of Cut Potatoes, Enoki Mushrooms and Bean Sprouts In the Hot Pot Broth really added to the flavor of the soup as well as the items you add to to soup broth. The buffet of chicken wings, spices, oils, seasoning, veggies and desserts is a nice added touch to the restaurant. Try the wings they are delicious. The desserts were good along everything else. The host and our server were very nice and made sure to check on us periodically. The restaurant has large booths that offer a cozy feeling for a night out with your friends, family as well as for a date with that special someone. I really enjoyed this very clean, newly built hot pot and bbq restaurant. The restaurant give you a 2 hour limit for the all you can eat pricing. I listed the pricing menu in my pictures if to help out if needed. Remember, there is an up charge for adding BBQ verses just getting the Hot Pot only. Make sure you stop by the Hi Pot Hot Pot & BBQ restaurant to enjoy yourself some great food.

They have been open a short period of time and the staff already has service down. Our server, Fanny was a pleasure, my father commented to me that he wanted a refill and Fanny came by a minute later to give us a refill. There is a great selection of food. Even things like quail eggs or orange jello. There are a lot of sauces. And they have ice cream. Mocha and vanilla and three other flavors. The meal was not cheep, but a black been burrito at Taco bell is not cheep these days. And it was a great value for the amount of food you get We went Sunday, the menu is less expensive if you don't go on the weekend. Bottom line. This place is on our list of places to eat for special occasions.

Absolutely Love the food Its fantastic Super fresh food and the service its amazing 100% recommend it

    Here are the prices!

Had a great time, the staff was attentive and helpful for our first time! My favorite things were the wagu beef cubes and beef bulgogi, and the chicken wings at the buffet bar for an appetizer! I posted the prices in a picture so you could know- worth the cost! We went for lunch which was a bit more reasonable!

    Good food, and good service

Good bbq and good service at affordable price. We enjoy a lot and we will come back again soon

The service was top notch Kevin our waiter was perfect, he explained exactly what us first timers needed to know (we opted for the BBQ vs Hot Pot) and gave excellent amount of service without interrupting too often, but without ignoring. And now my favorite part the food.... We ordered the following for our meat selections: Prime Beef Brisket, Spicy Beef Bulgogi, Garlic Chicken, Pork Belly, Cumin Lamb and Garlic Shrimp. For veggies: Shiitake mushrooms, Mung Bean Sprouts, Onions, Bamboo Shoots, Eggplant, Zucchini and we topped it off with a pineapple drink. My friend said the veal and the pork belly were both delicious, I don't eat either so my review is based on everything else. OMG the flavors were so packed into the meats they needed nothing else. The spicy beef bulgogi was by far my absolute favorite (I polished off two full servings myself) the spice profile was so perfect that it enhanced the beef without masking the natural flavor and the use a good quality beef as well so any toughness is due to your own over cooking which still didn't happen. The shrimp and chicken came in tied for second place for flavor bomb, I'm pretty sure they marinate this stuff for days for it to taste so full of flavor! There is also a fully stocked "Sauce Bar" with so many different kinds of sauces and additions. The inside is very large, but not loud and they have a full bar for those who wish to sit there. If you haven't tried them yet GO! You and your stomach will thank me.

I ordered the hot stone mixed rice and it was yummy. I did notice it wasn't as spicy as I am used to so I asked for more of the hot pepper paste. The paste itself is what wasn't super hot but it was still good. Food was also served quickly so I appreciate that. I also ordered a dish to go. The black bean noodles were slightly less flavorful than what we are used to but they were still good. The main drawback though is they did not give any side dishes for the to go item which is interesting. You don't pay less for it and I'm not sure why it wasn't included. I've never had Korean takeout where they did not include any side dishes on a to go order. All in all, the first visit was more a 3.5 but out of good faith, we will call it a 4 star. They did seem to cater to many regulars so it's possible the dishes are toned down for locals? Not sure though. Again, food was good but as someone who is part Korean, the dishes were not as flavorful as I am used to. I would likely eat here again but not sure this would really satisfy the craving for Korean dishes specifically.

I ordered the sesame chicken lunch special with fried rice and hot and sour soup. The soup is more sour than hot. I also ordered a Coke; they serve canned sodas with a glass of ice and no free refills. The sesame chicken wasn't spicy, and I was expecting some spice, especially with a chili logo next to the item indicating it's spicy. The fried rice was usually flavorful, but this time it was a bit dry, and the small pieces of pork mixed in were also dry. The egg roll was good. Our table also ordered Vietnamese egg rolls and calamari. The calamari batter was well-seasoned, and the calamari was nice and thick; it was served with a bowl of steamed rice on the side. The Vietnamese egg rolls were also good, although the lettuce leaves that came with them had a small bug on one. In fact, it's become a tradition for us to dine there as soon as we return from our trips. We like to order the following dishes and enjoy them family-style: -Canh chua cá (sweet & sour fish soup) -Cá kho tộ (Vietnamese caramelized fish) -Sườn rang muối (salt & pepper pork) -Đậu hũ lúc lắc (shaking tofu) My absolute favorite is the shaking tofu. It's the dish we reach for first and finish the fastest. I've yet to find another restaurant that can replicate its taste and texture. The tofu is crispy on the outside and coated in an addictive sweet and savory sauce. The caramelized onions add a touch of sweetness, and the lemon sauce brings a subtle tang that makes the dish even better. Tao Ngo's cozy atmosphere, attentive staff, and well-seasoned, comforting Vietnamese food are the reasons why it has become a staple for my family whenever we return home from a long trip.

The chicken fried rice was filled to the top of the takeout box, which was plenty for one. I preserved its freshness in a Tupperware container. The fried rice has egg and green onion. I wish they added peas and carrots. It's salted enough and has great flavor that you don't really need the extra soy sauce packets. I mean, you can, if you want. I've noticed this in other Chinese restaurants that the chicken is cut skinny in long pieces. It almost looks like a noodle. I wish they were cubed or something smaller to make it bite-sized. They give you plenty of chicken pieces. It's one of the best chicken fried rice dishes I've tasted in a while. You get a huge serving for just $9.25. The sweet and sour chicken had a crispy batter breading, but there was barely any chicken. I'm glad there was a lot of chicken in the fried rice to compensate. The bell pepper they use to garnish overpowers the flavor of the fried chicken if it touched it. The sweet & sour sauce on the side was good. I'd like to try some of their other dishes. And that's probably the main advantage of selecting this option. We came in with only an hour to spare, with last call being at 2:30 pm (despite the buffet running to 3 pm). But within 45 min we were done. The dishes came out reasonably quick. It's a 2 hour limit if you come earlier and can manage that much food. There's no sashimi. And the slices of sashimi on top of the rice that compose the nigiri are pretty thin. The hand rolls came out soggy which means they were sitting for a while. And they got a ton of rice inside each one. Lots of sauce too especially in the eel cucumber hand roll which I didn't care for as a result. The dragon roll and Conroe roll were both ok. Nothing special in terms of specialty rolls. Shrimp wontons look like crab Rangoon and the crab Rangoon looks like jalapeño poppers. I asked the waitress about this and she said they get that comment a lot. Hmmm. Just beware. Also the skin on them as well as the fried calamari tasted tough which I think usually is attributable to old oil. Not a big fan of the beef tataki or peppercorn tuna appetizers. They had a little kick to them but the flavor was off and the tataki was kind of tough. We were told the Yellowtail jalapeño appetizer is the same as the peppercorn tuna just different fish. So we passed. The mango salmon appetizer is salmon wrapped around a mango slice. Sounds ok but because they drench it in some sauce, it tasted kinda ick. Our order of coconut shrimp never came but we weren't disappointed as nothing through the meal wowed us and it was an afterthought order to fill us up before leaving. Tempura Fried Oreo is your chance to get a Fried Oreo if you've never had one. They come in a set of 3 but you can ask for just 1 if you're full or not a big desert person. Staff was friendly. And the place was pretty busy even late into the buffet hour. I think this place is Chinese owned. Heard a lot of staff speaking it mandarin and Cantonese. And "chi" actually means eat in Chinese ... Clever.
