Hinodeya! Second dining experience in San Francisco! Here is a review with vegans and vegetarians in mind. I was hungry and wanted something that would not make me loggy for the rest of my walk around the San Francisco areas. Hinodeya of Union Square caught my eye. Nice curb appeal and expectations only elevated once inside this crisp, clean and cozy Raman bar. Staff greeted me on entry allowed me to choose my seat and showed me the code for the online menu options. Ordering was seamless and I was served in what seemed like seconds. This bowl of goodies was delectable. I chose a spicy vegan option and a gluten free noodle option for only a $1 update. Seasoning was spot on here. Seaweed was a delight and the star of the dish was the succulent, shiitake mushroom! Meaty options are plentiful here and the vegetarian and vegan choices are just as hearty! Warm or cold sake is available with some other relaxing beverage options in the mix. After my meal staff opened a secure, sliding door to a simple yet stylish laboratory.
