So, first time I've ever shattered a screen on my phone. Found this place which is really close to me which is great. Went in on a lunch break and they fixed my screen within about 45 min. Everything appeared fine. I was charged $115. About 3 days later I dropped my phone again but on carpet while I was sitting. The entire screen became dim and there were colored lines on the screen. I went back to the location and advised them of the issue. At that time they stated they would not charge me for another repair but I needed to come back another day. I returned the following Sunday and dropped my phone off for repair. I returned 3 hours later since they never called to let me know the phone was ready. When I arrived, I was told that the repair made originally was made with faulty parts however they still chose to charge me for their labor for the repair- $35. It has been 2 weeks since my visit and the glass is peeling away. It's been like this for at least a week. I would not recommend any phone repairs by this business. I feel like I have been ripped off twice by this company. read more
