I went to their lawrenceville location and spoke with Henry about my gaming pc that wasn't booting up. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a timeline when he would be able to fix it. He explained the problem to me in detail and gave me three resolutions. I went with option three which was for him to put a new hard drive and to reboot windows back on it. I originally tought the price would be on the higher end because of the new part and putting windows back on it but it came out to a very reasonable price. I am glad I went to HL computers first as they were the best fit for my problem.
