I walked in to ask for a quote on my laptop. Mr. Bob who assisted me plugged my laptop and said exact same thing I said "screen needs to be replaced" I said ok, how much will that cost me. He then proceeded with stating that they will take a look at it and will call me to let me know how much it will cost. A day later he calls and says "it is $195 + tax and a $49 diagnostic that will apply if you decide to repair it" I said "NO, your price is more than what the laptop is worth and you did not tell me anything about the $49 fee" he proceeded with "I did, you signed off on it". I went to the facility to speak to him in person twice, and twice he was not there. Another gentleman said he will have him call me. Which he did but we were playing phone tag. My wife went over a week later to see if he was there, he was. And showed her a document that I DID sign, which stated a $49 diagnostic fee will apply if I decide to repair it. VERY TRUE. However, he said to me that I will not pay for that since I knew what was wrong it and he confirmed it and will only call me if I decide to have it repaired. One of our computers became infected with a virus. The antivirus software did not detect it and once my computer was infected, could not handle it. The virus had apparently already infected the registry keys, way beyond my and most people's technical computer skills. I have never been so discriminated before by another minority. I am baffled that the fact that I have been called out of my name. I was on a business trip with a few of my colleagues and my computer wouldn't turn on, I came in to see if anything could be done to fix or at least recover some of my work files and I was told to come the next day and pick it up. I was told to pay half upfront and the rest when it was ready; in total it was $575 I paid $300 up front and when I came in the next day the worker Henry wanted me to pay $500 instead of the $275 i was supposed to pay I showed him the receipt that I had paid $300 and if it wasn't for my coworker that is white and a man I wouldn't have my computer. read more

Just Awful. Quoted me a price, didn't do anything they promised, then demanded payment or wouldn't return my property. Ended up paying $200 for them to tell me I needed a new power cord. These guys are total crooks. Don't even think about going here or to their other shop. read more
